I picked this one up as a netgalley, having read the book right before this also as a netgalley. I have to say this is a fun series. The characters are original, albeit a little confusing at first.

My Take:
In the beginning the author gives you a breakdown of all the different kinds of Vampires. I kind of just skimmed past it at first but it was nice to have it there just in case I wanted to refer back to it.
This story follows the strong willed but very caring dog groomer as she tries to handle the world of Vampires which seems to have fallen at her doorstep. Along the way she finds herself drawn to a man who no one is sure about, which of course makes him all the more attractive.
I love a story with a strong give and take between the leads and this one fit the bill. With originality and smart characters I think this series is one you should add to your TBR pile.
